Nature Photography with a Focus on the Garden

Local nature photographer Jim Easton will cover aspects of creating a good photograph, including light, location, equipment and several of the important design elements of composition. His presentation includes stunning images, many of which were taken at the Williamsburg Botanical Garden. Jim will share technical info and practical tips, along with some philosophical musings on the art of photography.
Over the years, Jim has graciously shared many of his images for the Garden’s use. He is also a Virginia Cooperative Extension Master Naturalist.
FREE but only 48 seats are available so registration is required. Garden members in good standing will receive an email on or before July 1st with the registration link. Members have Priority until 9 am on Saturday, July 13 when registration opens to the public. Click here for membership info.
