October 18: HOW AND WHY RAIN GARDENS. Freedom Park Interpretive Center, 10:00 am, open to the public, $5 donation for each guest is recommended. Master Gardener Carol Fryer has designed rain gardens for James City County homeowners and developments, and will provide information about their construction in home gardens.
