HERB-INFUSED OILS AND VINEGARS. Oct 17: Freedom Park Interpretive Center, 10:00 am, open to the public, $5 donation is recommended. Speaker Carol Schmidt is a member of the Herb Society of America, Colonial Triangle of Virginia Unit. Carol will share many recipes for interesting combinations of herbs and oils, instructions for their use and how to make vinegars.
