Go Natives!

August 16:  GO NATIVES!  Freedom Park Interpretive Center, 10:00 am, open to the public, $5 donation for each guest is recommended.   A Certified Member of the Virginia Society of Landscape Designers, Denise Greene has designed gardens for beauty and wildlife at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, NASA Langley Research Center, Westmoreland State Park.  She will show how to create home gardens using low-maintenance native plants that attract and feed bees, butterflies, and birds.  For information, contact Denise at sassafrasfarm@verizon.net.
