June 21: EATING LOCALLY. Freedom Park Interpretive Center, 10:00 am, open to the public, $5 donation for each guest is recommended. Executive Chef Johnny McMillan uses locally grown foods in his recipes. In this program he will share recipes and tips for preparing foods from fresh ingredients.
